Since I became a host, I write reviews differently
I used to keep my reviews to two sentences. Since we started renting out our own apartments, I write them differently, and it taught me a lot about what guests notice and how hosts can use their feedback.
What a rooftop tent taught us about guest experience.
We spent ten days in Namibia with two rooftop tents and nothing luxurious about it. It still became one of our favourite trips, and it taught us what guests want most from a holiday home: ease.
